General Mission Information
Caucasus on fire is a mission-based Training Map that is suitable for all sorts of training and or regular Events. One of the major features is that the Tasks are individually activatable just by simply landing a Huey on one of the switch Landing Platforms.

Scope and requirements
This Mission is about to evaluate the assigned difficulty Level of the Map and to iron out issues and bugs.
Thus I consider this Mission to be more an assessment of my map rather than a Training Flight. However many of the tasks are pretty difficult and thus the minimum RL is set to RL2. Pilots with available skillset but not yet rated can join in as well but have to make sure that we won't wait or prolong the Mission for questions about the start-up or SRS issues

Test Weather conditions
Calm weather in daytime, no fog, no rain, a little wind. This Flight is not supposed to maintain or improve skills, but to track down issues with the map.

Task focused Briefing Information

Task 1
Rescue Civilians
Location Name: Apsheronsk
Description: This Area is the showcase of a Civilian Extraction Scenario. All three Platoons have to work together to accomplish the Mission. The Civilians can not be spotted by OH or AH, only UH Platoon will be able to identify Positions where Civilians need to be extracted from. The reason is simple. The civilians are frightened to death and don’t want to reveal their hidings for anything that doesn’t sound like a Huey which can rescue them out of the Combat Area. Once a Huey is nearby they will reveal their Position with white Signal Flares and white smoke.
5 Groups of civilians need to be extracted from different locations somewhere within the Town before this Task can be considered “cleared”.

Task 2
Destroy Enemy MLRS Batteries
Location: Belorechensk
Description:
This AO is an Attack Scenario. 5 MLRS 9A52 Smerch batteries need to be disabled. The problem is that they are very well hidden and the Air Defense in that Area is quite heavy. This Area is a typical RL1 Scenario where good planning and tactical briefing is required before take off.
Intelligence Reports will be delivered later on. Playable JTAC is set around the AO

Task 3
Open Area Combat
Location: Plateau Weast of Camp Redcliff
Description:
This Combat Zone will cause several problems for Helicopters. Fewer possibilities to hide and a great line of sight for enemy Air defense systems. 3 Groups of enemies need to be located and eliminated.
Always fly low, fast and use the terrain for cover.

Task 4:
Troop Insertion Scenario
Location: Area North of Camp Radcliff
Description:
This Combat Zone is a classic Troop Insertion Scenario and consists of 4 individual enemy Zones. It suits UH only as well as OH and AH needs.

Task 5
Mountain Combat
Location: Mountainous Area south of Camp Radcliff
Description: This Area is focusing on flying several Combat Missions in medium Mountainous Areas. The Altitudes are varying between 400 and 1700 Meters so that there\'s a good mixture of different climbs and descends.

Task 6
Sling Load and NavOps Scenario
Location: Krivenkovskoe.
Description: This Scenario is a classic UH Scenario. Liftoff from Camp Radcliff and locate the Town of Krivenkovskoe to the south of Camp Radcliff. Secure the cargo, pick it up and deliver it further to a moving Carrier. Drop it off and return back to Base.
